The event resulted to be extremely interesting and useful, confirming that project ENSEMBLE is completely in line with the target needs. Oer platfrom, multimedia skills videos, country fiches and training contents have been highly appreciated and enjoyed by the attendees.

ENSEMBLE is a Project co-funded by the European Programme Erasmus+, Key Action 2, Vocational Education and Training, and is carried out by a transnational consortium of seven partners from Belgium, France, Italy, Macedonia and Spain.
Ensemble aims to empower migrants to self-assess their skills levels. This feature makes it an instrument able to overcome the disadvantage of traditional instruments that make the process of foreign credentials recognition frustrating for all but particularly for migrants.

The project developed not-formal and informal learning (NFIL) mechanism, focusing on migrants’ needs, that will help VET’s educators to identify and assess the NFIL professional competences of migrant groups, allowing migrants to play a central role in the integration process.
The Ensemble NFIL mechanism uses media (pictures, videos, sequences of images) allowing educators to identify migrant areas and degrees of competence. This mechanism allows educators to profile migrants’ professional skills set, in order to direct them towards the most suitable VET offer (custom solutions) for employment.
